Zubereitung: Nehmen Sie jeden zweiten Tag eine Veggie Softgel-Kapsel mit ausreichend Wasser ein. Dies entspricht einer täglichen Dosis von 6 mg Astaxanthin & 3,3 mg Vitamin E.
